Richard Mosley is widely recognised as one of the world’s leading authorities on employer brand development and management. His thinking draws on over 25 years’ experience in both brand management and HR consulting. Richard has led major employer brand development projects for many leading global employers including: BP, Coca-Cola, Ferrero, GSK, HSBC, LEGO, L’Oreal, PepsiCo, Santander, Unilever and the World Food Program.

This has involved a significant focus on core values, employee engagement and culture change as well as the more externally focused dimensions of external reputation and talent attraction. He wrote his first book on the subject: ‘The Employer Brand’ (2005), followed by ‘Employer Brand Management’ (2014), both published by Wiley. His latest book, the best-selling ‘Employer Branding for Dummies’ was published in January 2017. Richard is a regular keynote speaker and chairman at employer brand events around the world, and his work appears regularly in leading business newspapers and journals including Harvard Business Review, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times and Economic Times of India.

Ocean Fu is the founder of WINGs, the sister brand of REForce, a well-known recruitment company with a focus on mid-senior hiring, and serves as China’s Marketing Director at REForce.

Miss Fu has been in marketing and project management in various fields and have working experience in Toronto, Shenzhen, Shanghai and other cities for more than 20 years. She has also served as the marketing and sales director of an expat lifestyle media with the highest traffic in Shanghai. Her rich experience in market resources and management made her well-versed in creative communication and brand cultivation.

Miss Fu is also the authority in the field of human resources and employer branding. She has worked for many years in Robert Walters, a well-known UK listed headhunting firm and Kelly Services, a Fortune 500 company as Marketing Director of North Asia. Her use of innovative and cross border marketing methods to create benchmark projects in the human resource industry has allowed her to carve a name for herself in the market. She has also worked with The Project Team, which leads more than 30 people and serves employer branding project in various Fortune 500 companies. She has also helped large local enterprises and has won critical acclaim in the industry.

Miss Fu is committed to influencing the HR industry and is particularly resourceful in using marketing thinking to help the HR department solve their problems. She is determined to promote the HR industry with marketing and creative thinking and is constantly leading the WINGs team to create new and creative integrated marketing platforms.

José Carlos Bezanilla has been working in the area of Organizational Development Consulting and Leadership (Management) for over 18 years. He was a partner and the Director of Business Development at Xenera Organisations Development. During his experience, he has demonstrated his high performance in activities related to leadership, innovation strategies, sales, customer services, sales force management, selection and training. Jose has also worked in the banking industry for ten years as Subdirector for Marketing at Banamex’s Northwest Division; where he was responsible for the Banking Relations, Banamex Services, Marketing, Promotion and Sales, and a service quality program for the bank nationwide.

José Carlos Bezanilla has extensive training experience in imaginative, sales, interpersonal relations, leadership, teamwork, communication, motivation, decision making, innovative problem solving and business imagination.

Steven Fan

Mr. Fan is the Chief Editor of Bloomberg Businessweek/China and he is also the Editor of the business section of the Modern Weekly. Prior to this, he had served as the content director of the Bloomberg Businessweek/China. After graduated from Tamkang University (Department of Statistics) and Soochow University Law Institute, Mr. Fan has extensive experience in the media industry, including Global Views Monthly, TVBS Weekly, Ectime. Many of his news releases had won awards such as the SOPA.

Zhu Qiuxia

Deputy Secretary General of Shanghai EPI Foundation

Ms. Zhu is a philanthropist and a writer with a dual degree in sociology and journalism from University of Wuhan. She is currently the deputy secretary general of Shanghai EPI Foundation and she has extensive experience in the operations of foundations and charitable trusts. One of these projects is the ‘Dream Centre” (2014 – 2016) project after she joined the Adream organization on 2008; she undertook the application for non-public offering to public offering and internal - external compliance work. Ms. Zhu has participated in the revision of the Charity Law and the Charity Trust section, and she had established two charitable trusts, which was the first domestic equity charitable trust. She is the author of the first domestic road adventure charity fairy tale "The Adventures of Match Man".

Vivian Li

Vivian has more than 15 years’ experience in both HR management and brand marketing roles for world-leading companies as an all-rounded HR expert. Her recent roles include Global Director of HR for Huawei, and for IBM and EY, she worked as regional leader and senior consultant on talent attraction and employer branding for over 10 years. Prior to this, Vivian had worked in Hong Kong as University Instructor, Marketing Consultant and Executive Coach (for clients include AIA, HSBC, JP Morgan).

Vivian is the US Certified Strategic HR Business Partner. She got her Master degree in Linguistics and Intercultural Studies from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and is the degree holder of Communications and New Media from City University of Hong Kong.

Ben Sun Erhei

Ben is the youngest Chief Creative Officer and Managing Director in China 4A’s. He is also the first Chinese creative people who has been nominated by Havas Global Creative Council since 2016 and Havas APAC Creative Council since 2017.

The 1st Gold Award of Cannes lions in Greater China was won by Havas China under his leadership, which significantly improves Havas’ reputations in Greater China. During his period as a CCO, the ranking of Creative of Havas Shanghai has been always in Top 6 (at the 6th place in 2016, the 3rd place in 2017, the 5th place in 2018)*.

He joined in Havas Shanghai Office for more than 13 years. Under his leadership, Havas Shanghai Office has becoming the most indigenous, youthful and energetic 4A’s in China. Havas China has been also focusing on international strategy and communication of native brand in China and facilitating them to develop international brand construction.
